1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Finzim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Definitions

• "App" refers to Finzim
• "Free Version" refers to the basic version of the App with advertisements
• "Premium Version" refers to the paid version with additional features
• "FinzimFam" refers to the family sharing feature available in Premium Version
• "User," "you," and "your" refers to the person using the App
• "We," "us," and "our" refers to the developers and owners of Finzim

3. App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install the App on your mobile devices
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

4. Free Version Terms

The Free Version of the App:

• Includes advertisements
• Provides basic financial management features
• Stores data locally on your device
• Has limited features compared to Premium Version

5. Premium Version Terms

The Premium Version includes:

• Ad-free experience
• Cloud synchronization
• FinzimFam features
• Unlimited pockets
• Custom categories
• Email login with data backup

6. Subscription and Payments

• Premium Version requires a subscription payment
• Prices are as displayed in the App
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to platform policies (App Store/Google Play)
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share Premium Version access
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Not use the App for illegal purposes

8. FinzimFam Terms

• Family members must consent to data sharing
• Primary account holder is responsible for family member management
• Family members must comply with these terms
• We are not responsible for family disputes

9. Data and Privacy

• Data collection and use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• You retain ownership of your personal data.
• Data License: By using the App, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your data in an aggregated and anonymized format for any purpose, including commercial analytics and market research. This aggregated data will not identify you personally.
• We maintain backups of Premium Version data.
• Data deletion requests will be processed within reasonable time.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us. This includes:

• Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Source code, and Design elements.

Strict Prohibitions: You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App, its design, or its "look and feel".
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the App to any third party.
• Use the App's assets (icons, images, text) for any unauthorized purpose.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this software is a severe violation of international copyright laws and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free
• Errors will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or bugs
• Financial calculations are always accurate

12. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages from App use
• Loss of data
• Financial losses
• Service interruptions

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

14. Termination
